*If the customer cancels the confirmed reservation he loses the deposit.
*If the customer does not pay the asked from the reception deposit, the reservation system of the Hotel VILLA ORSA,cancels automatically the reservation.
*If the customer stays less nights in the Hotel VILLA ORSA than the nights of the original confirmed reservation, he will pay for all the nights of the original confirmed reservation.
*If the customer wants to stay more nights in the Hotel VILLA ORSA, than the nights of the original confirmed reservation, he will pay for the extra added nights according the availability and the declared prices.
